Everyone must complete the 2023 Engagement Letter and Tax Questionnaire in order for us to begin processing your personal tax returns. Because all paid tax preparers must now comply with IRS Due Diligence laws and regulations for various tax credits and the Head of Household filing status, the Due Diligence Questionnaire is now part of the Tax Questionnaire and is required to be completed by all clients.

Submit the completed questionnaire and letter with your 2023 tax documents. This can be accomplished in several ways:

1. Use the secure link at the bottom of this letter to upload documents to your encrypted and secure, personal ShareFile folder.
2. Send your docs via US Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express. If possible, send copies instead of your original documents.
3. Drop all docs off at our office. Use the secure door slot for drop off after business hours.
4. Fax all to 614-771-7774.

Complete any applicable forms and/or worksheets and send them to our office with your tax documents. If you are missing documents and need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not wait for any brokerage statements or K1’s not yet received. We can begin work on your returns without them, and you can send the documents to us once received.
